Adding a line to an internal table. The example shows both a structure that is created using the VALUE operator as well as an existing structure that is added.
APPEND VALUE #( comp1 = a comp2 = b ... ) TO itab.
APPEND lv_struc TO itab.
INSERT VALUE #( comp1 = a comp2 = b ... ) INTO TABLE itab.
INSERT lv_struc INTO itab.
